The Book of Revelation: Kingdom Come at 20

Hi, all,

Twenty years ago, DC Comics published an Elseworlds miniseries to end all Elseworlds: Kingdom Come. Telling the tale of a possible apocalyptic future abandoned by its traditional superheroes and dominated by amoral, violent ones, Kingdom Come featured collaboration between Mark Waid and Alex Ross in a series marked by gorgeous painted artwork and nuanced, deep storytelling. While it was originally intended as a standalone event, Kingdom Come has nevertheless been revisited several times by the mainstream DC Universe, and characters that débuted there have since appeared in in-continuity comics. Come celebrate Kingdom Come with Arisia, and we'll save a seat for you at Planet Krypton!
