The minority gamer

Over the last many years the gaming culture has been having problems with gamers of 'minority' feeling like they are part of the larger community. I think it would important address these problems and figure out what we can do as a community to curve and ultimately stop this

It is easy to give offense without realizing. Sometimes we think we are being welcoming when we aren't. I think there is a real place for an etiquette for gamers panel, and a focus on minority gamers in particular does seem like it would be constructive.

I think this would be a useful panel to include. I believe there was a panel last year, Games and Minority Representation, that I missed. Is there any content that that panel didn't include that should be included this year?
