What is the best way to submit a short film to possibly be screened at Arisia?

I actually like the idea of allowing "cross-culturalism" to remain ambiguous. It's one of those words that means different things to different people. We're a large group, and we all bring interesting perspectives along with us to the conversation of what cross-culturalism is. For Arisia to define "cross-culturalism" seems to impose meanings on the word that may/may not work for all people. But that's just my opinion. :D
